IMPORTANT NOTICE
This is an in-person meeting and will be held in the Town Council Chambers at 110 E. Main Street
(Town Hall, downstairs). Members of the public may provide public comments for agenda items
in person by following the instructions listed under "How to Participate" at the end of this
agenda.
Council Member Rob Rennie will be participating via teleconference pursuant to Government
Code Section 54953(b)(3) from a location at Via di Gracciano nel Corso, 82, 53045
Montepulciano, Italy.The teleconference location shall be accessible to the public and the
agenda will be posted at the teleconference location 24 hours before the meeting.

VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS (Members of the public are welcome to address the Town Council
only on matters listed on the agenda. Town resources may not be used to facilitate audio or
visual presentations. Each speaker is limited to no more than three (3) minutes or such time as
