Adopt a Resolution Approving the Final Map for Tract Number 10657 (Solana Project Located at 50 Los Gatos-Saratoga Road), Accepting the Dedications, and Approving and Authorizing the Town Manager to Execute the Subdivision Improvement Agreement, the Landscape Maintenance Agreement,the Stormwater Treatment Facilities Maintenance Agreement, and the Multi-Use Pathway Maintenance Agreement in Substantially the Form Presented. Adopt a Resolution Confirming Action Only Minutes and Modifying the Minute Format RECOMMENDATION:Adopt a resolution confirming the use of action-only minutes and modifying the current practice for public comment documentation. VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS (Members of the public are welcome to address the Town Council on any matter that is not listed on the agenda and is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Town Council. The law generally prohibits the Town Council from discussing or taking action on such items. However, the Council may instruct staff accordingly.
