On May 28, 2025, the Los Gatos Historic Preservation Committee discussed the revised item and provided the following feedback and requested that the applicant return to the Committee at a future date: •The revised design is a better design. •The lack of parking is a concern. •The massing and scale are concerns. •The proposed home is large on a small lot. •Recommends moving more of the mass to the back. •Major concern is keeping the effect of that immediate neighborhood, four cottage homes. •Consider working within the allowed FAR. •Revisit the Residential Design Guidelines.
