To whom it concerns,
In January, renovation plans for 328 Bachman Ave. were approved by the HPC. Due to budget
constraints, we have re‐worked a portion of the proposed addition, reducing the impact on the existing
building volume.
Changes:
Reduced square footage of addition by approximately 74 +/‐ square feet
Removed the proposed large open gable from the rear elevation.
Addition of a new, smaller dormer that matches and mirrors an existing dormer at the rear
elevation.
Because the scope of work is now reduced, and the revised volume of the structure fits within the
previously approved story poles, it is our hope that the HPC will find the new plans in keeping with the
town’s historic standards.
