MINUTES OF THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMITTEE SPECIAL MEETING
OCTOBER 29, 2025
The Historic Preservation Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Special meeting on
October 29, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 4:00 PM
ROLL CALL Present: Chair Lee Quintana, Vice Chair Martha Queiroz, Planning Commissioner Emily Thomas,
Planning Commissioner Susan Burnett, and Committee Member Alan Feinberg.
Absent: None.
OTHER BUSINESS (Up to three minutes may be allotted to each speaker on any of the following
items.) 1. Discussion of Potential Historic Preservation Topics to be included in a Letter to the
Town Council Regarding Future Historic Preservation Committee Workplan Items.
Sean Mullin, Planning Manager, presented the staff report.
Public Hearing Opened.
Committee members discussed the proposed topics and provided direction for amendments to
be included in their letter to the Town Council. The final draft of the letter will return to the
Committee for adoption. If adopted, the letter will proceed to the Town Manager’s Office.
Public Hearing Closed.
