Hello
I received notification regarding the above application. I own a condo at
Los Gatos Ca 95032 which has a common fence with this property which is a
dealership.
I could not find details of the project as the link mentioned does not work. However I want
to bring it to your notice that presently the dealership has a car washing facility where they
hand wash cars constantly which creates lots of noise the whole day. Please ask the
applicant to consider mitigating the noise . Options can be to relocate the washing place
away from the fence and/or putting a sound proof enclosure so the noise is inside and not
out in the open area.
I would appreciate more details on the project.
