Absent: Robert Gray, CDD Building MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 10:00 AM VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS - None. CONSENT ITEMS 1. Approval of Minutes – August 26, 2025 MOTION: Motion by Corvell Sparks to approve the consent calendar. Seconded by Kenny Ip. VOTE: Motion passed unanimously. PUBLIC HEARINGS 2. 15371 Santella Court Architecture and Site Application S-25-001 Consider a Request for Approval to Construct a New Single-Family Residence, Site Work Requiring a Grading Permit, and Removal of Large Protected Trees on Vacant Property Zoned HR-2 1/2:PD. APN 527-09-035. Categorically Exempt Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, Section 15303: New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures. Property Owner: Rizwan Ahmed. Applicant: Maryam Asghari. Project Planner: Erin Walters. The project planner presented the staff report. Maryam Asghari, Applicant Thank you to the staff for the feedback and help. They located the building to meet the hillside requirements. Rizwan Ahmed, Owner They started this project in 2016. The terrain is very difficult. They moved the location four times. They appreciate the staff. Closed Public Comment. MOTION: Motion by Kenny Ip to approve with required findings and recommended conditions of approval. Seconded by Corvell Sparks. VOTE: Motion passed unanimously. Appeal rights were recited. OTHER BUSINESS None.
