INTRODUCE ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 15.10.025 AND 15.10.030 AND
ADDING SECTION 15.10.026 OF THE TOWN CODE REGULATING SKATEBOARDING,
IN -LINE SKATING AND ROLLER SKATING
RECOMMENDATION:
The following ordinance section was inadvertently omitted from the above mentioned Council Agenda
Report under Sec. 15.10.025. Use of skateboard, in -line skates, or roller skates - prohibited areas.
Please attach.
(h) in a privately owned parking lot open to the public, if (1) the owner of the lot has
first placed signs at each vehicular entrance and/or exit to the lot, and (2) the signs
are no smaller than 17 x 22 inches in size, and (3) the signs state: "Unlawful to ride
or propel a skateboard, in -line skates or roller skates in this parking lot. Los Gatos
Town Code Section 15.10.025(h)."
