Absent: None. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 10:00 AM VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS None. CONSENT ITEMS 1. Approval of Minutes – July 29,2025 MOTION: Motion by Robert Gray to approve the consent calendar. Seconded by Kenny Ip. VOTE: Motion passed unanimously. PUBLIC HEARINGS 2. 230 La Terra Court Architecture and Site Application S-24-066 Consider a Request for Approval to Construct a New Single-Family Residence, Remove Large Protected Trees, and Site Improvements Requiring a Grading Permit on Vacant Property Zoned HR-2½:PD. APN 527-12-008. Categorically Exempt Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, Section 15303: New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures. Property Owner: LTL5, Inc., Applicant: Gary Kohlsaat, Project Planner: Sean Mullin. The project planner presented the staff report. Jaclyn Greenmyer, Applicant It went through various reviews. Provided lots of justification for any of the exceptions. It is a difficult site. Closed Public Comment. Committee members discussed the matter. MOTION: Motion by Kenny IP to approve with required findings and recommended conditions of approval. Seconded by Corvell Sparks. VOTE: Motion passed unanimously. Appeal rights were recited. OTHER BUSINESS None.
