APPROVE REMOTE PARTICIPATION (This item is listed on the agenda in the event there is an
emergency circumstance requiring a Council Member to participate remotely under AB 2449
(Government Code 54953)).

1. Review and Provide Feedback on Revisions to the Town Council Code of Conduct
Policy 2-04 and the Proposed Board, Committee, and Commission Code of Conduct
Policy
RECOMMENDATION: Review the proposed revisions to the Town Council Code of
Conduct Policy and the draft Board, Committee, and Commission Code of Conduct Policy
and approve the recommended changes.
