Street and virtually through Zoom Webinar(log-in information provided below). Members of the
public may provide public comments for agenda items in-person or virtually through the Zoom

CONSENT ITEMS (Consent Items are considered routine Town business and may be approved by
one motion. Any member of the Council may remove an item from the Consent Items for comment
and action. Members of the public may provide input on any or multiple Consent Item(s) when the
Mayor asks for public comments on the Consent Items. If you wish to comment, please follow the
Participation Instructions contained on Page 1 of this agenda. If an item is removed, the Mayor
has the sole discretion to determine when the item will be heard.)
1. Approve the Minutes of the April 22, 2025 Town Council Study Session Meeting
2. Approve the Minutes of the May 20, 2025 Town Council Closed Session Meeting
3. Approve the Minutes of the May 20, 2025 Town Council Regular Meeting
4. Authorize the Town Manager to Execute an Agreement for Services with the Los Gatos
Chamber of Commerce to Manage the Town's Destination Marketing Services, Visit Los
Gatos, and the Town's Visitors Information Center, for a Total Agreement Amount Not to
Exceed $88,000 for 2025-26
5. Adopt a Resolution Establishing the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Gann Appropriation Limit for the
Town of Los Gatos
6. Take Actions Related to the Los Gatos Creek Trailhead Connector to Highway 9 Project
(CIP 832-4505) including Project Acceptance, Directing Staff to Record the Notice of
Completion, and Approving an Amendment to the Agreement for Services with Zoon
Engineering to Reallocate Expenses Between Tasks within the Existing Total Agreement
Amount of$1,220,822.07 and Authorize its Execution by the Town Manager
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS(Members of the public are welcome to address the Town Council on
any matter that is not listed on the agenda and is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the
Town Council. The law generally prohibits the Town Council from discussing or taking action on
such items. However, the Council may instruct staff accordingly. To ensure all agenda items are
heard, this portion of the agenda is limited to 30 minutes. In the event additional speakers were
not heard during the initial Verbal Communications portion of the agenda, an additional Verbal
Communications will be opened prior to adjournment. Each speaker is limited to no more than
three(3)minutes or such time as authorized by the Mayor.)

PUBLIC HEARINGS (Applicants/Appellants and their representatives may be allotted up to a total
of five minutes for opening statements. Members of the public may be allotted up to three
minutes to comment on any public hearing item. Applicants/Appellants and their representatives
may be allotted up to a total of three minutes for closing statements. Items
requested/recommended for continuance are subject to Council's consent at the meeting.)
7. Adopt a Resolution Approving the Town of Los Gatos Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-26 Operating
Budget and FY 2025-26—2029-30 Capital Improvement Program (CIP); Adopt a Resolution
Approving Commitment of Fund Balances under GASB 54; and Approve FY 2024-25
Budget Adjustments and Reclassifications
8. Conduct a Public Hearing to Hear Protests and Adopt Resolutions Confirming the
Diagrams and Assessments and Levying and Authorizing the Collection of Assessments for
Landscape and Lighting Assessment Districts No. 1 and 2 for Fiscal Year 2025-26
9. Consider the Introduction of an Ordinance and Adoption of a Resolution Approving the
Fire Hazard Severity Zones Map to Comply with State Government Code Section 51178
and an Amendment of the General Plan Hazards and Safety Element to Incorporate the
Fire Hazard Severity Zones Map. Adoption of this Ordinance and Resolution is Exempt
Pursuant to CEQA, Section 15268, in that it is Required by the State. General Plan
Amendment Application GP-25-01 and Town Code Amendment A-25-03. Project Location:
Town Wide. Applicant: Town Of Los Gatos.
