This is a hybrid meeting that will be held in person at the Emergency Operations Center, Police
Operations Building, 15900 Los Gatos Blvd, and virtually through Zoom Webinar(log-in
information provided below). Members of the public may provide public comments for agenda
items in person or virtually through Zoom Webinar by following the instructions listed below.
The live stream of the meeting may be viewed on television and/or online
at www.LosGatosCA.gov/TownYouTube.
This meeting will be teleconferenced pursuant to Government Code Section 54953(b)(3).
Council Member Rob Rennie will be participating via teleconference from a location at Via
Fillungo, 143-55100 LUCCA, Italy; and Council Member Ristow will be participating via
teleconference from a location at 150 E. Schiller Street, Elmhurst, IL, 60126.The teleconference
locations shall be accessible to the public and the agenda will be posted at the teleconference
location 24 hours before the meeting.

1. Discussion and Consideration of Direction for the 2025-26 Budget Including Budget
Balancing Approaches.
2. Receive the Proposed Fiscal Year 2025-26 through 2029-30 Capital Improvement Program
Budget and Provide Direction.
3. Consider Proposed Changes to the Community Grant Program and Provide Direction.
