Appointments are effective January, 2001. DISCUSSION: The information provided on agency contact and meetings has been updated where available. Staff is currently in the process of contacting these agencies to develop a understanding of how each committee works, expectations of committee members, time commitments, and other requirements. We will then follow up with each of you to brief you as required in order to ensure a smooth transition to these appointments. COUNCIL COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS/AS OF JANUARY 2001 (21.12) Town Manager Figone noted that staff was following up on the meeting schedules of the regional committees and would supply that information along with the expectations of those committees to Council as soon as it was compiled. Motion by Mr. Attaway, seconded by Mrs. Decker, to accept and file report concerning the various regional committee appointments that Council has agreed to accept. Carried unanimously.
