TOWN COUNCIL
The Town Council/Parking Authority/Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the
Council Chambers of the Town Hall, 110 East Main Street, at 7:07 p.m., Monday, April 2, 2001, in
joint regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present: Randy Attaway, Steven Blanton, Sandy Decker,
Steve Glickman and Mayor/Chairman Joe Pirzynski.
Absent: None.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Given by all in attendance.
CLOSED SESSION
Town Attorney, Orry Korb, announced that Council had met in Closed Session prior to this evening's
meeting pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9([b][1][E]), Threatened Litigation. A
statement threatening litigation concerning the interpretation of PD Zoning Ordinance 2060 (15089
Los Gatos Boulevard) was made in the presence of the Town Attorney and Director of Community
Development. No reportable action was taken.
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9([b][1][E]), Threatened Litigation in one particular
case. No reportable action was taken. Council will continue this discussion after tonight's regular
meeting.
SCHEDULE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS (01.28)
Informational report regarding currently scheduled public hearings was received and filed.
COUNCIL CALENDAR OF MEETINGS (02.28)
Informational item, as amended in the addendum, presenting future Town Meetings for Council and
other Town Boards and Commissions was received and filed.
RATIFICATION OF PAYROLL/MARCH 2001 (03 . V)
Motion by Mr. Glickman, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that Council ratify the check registers for the
payroll of March 4, 2001 through March 17, 2001, paid on March 23, 2001, in the amount of
$426,548.83. Carried unanimously.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/MARCH 2001 (04. V)
Motion by Mr. Glickman, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that Council ratify the accompanying check
registers for accounts payable invoices paid on March 16, 2001, and March 23, 2001 in the amount
of $422,200.41. Carried unanimously.
