COUNCIL/COMMISSION STUDY SESSION/RETREAT
RECOMMENDATION:
Amend Town Council Meeting Schedule for Fiscal Year 2001-2002 adding January 26, 2002 for the
annual Council Study Session/Retreat and April 27, 2002 for the Council/Commission Study
Session/Retreat.
The locations will be established at a later date but are anticipated to be off site as they were last
year. Please note that these are Saturdays.
In addition, minor edits (grammatical changes) have been made to Council/Agency meetings for
May 6, May 20, June 3, and June 17, 2002
ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT:
Is not a project defined under CEQA, and no further action is required.
FISCAL IMPACT: None.

TOWN COUNCIL
The Town Council/Parking Authority/Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the
Council Chambers of the Town Hall, 110 East Main Street, at 7:00 p.m., Monday, December 3,
2001, in joint regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present: Steven Blanton, Sandy Decker, Steve Glickman,
Joe Pirzynski, and Mayor/Chairman Randy Attaway
Absent: None.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Given by all in attendance.
CLOSED SESSION
Town Attorney, Orry Korb, reported that Council had met in Closed Session pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.9, concerning existing litigation in the matter of Linda Colopy vs. Town of Los
Gatos, Santa Clara County Superior Court - Action CV-787465. There was no reportable action
taken.
INTRODUCTION/MARTY WOODWORTH/REDEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Bud Lortz introduced the Town's newly hired Redevelopment Manager. Mr. Woodworth was present
to meet staff and Council.
SCHEDULE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS (01.28)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Pirzynski, to accept and file informational report regarding
currently scheduled public hearings. Carried unanimously.
TOWN CALENDAR OF MEETINGS/COUNCIL, BOARDS & COMMISSIONS (02.28)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Pirzynski, to accept and file informational item presenting
future Town Meetings for Council and other Town Boards and Commissions for December 2001 and
January 2002 as presented in the addendum to this item. Carried unanimously.
COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULE (03.28)
Motion by Mr. Blanton, seconded by Mr. Pirzynski, to amend the Council Meeting Schedule for
2001-2002 Fiscal Year adding January 26, 2002 for the annual Council Study Session/Retreat and
April 27, 2002 for the Council/Commission Study Session/Retreat. Carried unanimously.
