RECOMMENDATION:
Consider approving Town Council Meeting Schedule for 2000-2001 Fiscal Year, canceling July 3, 2000 Town Council
meeting and setting July 10, 2000 Town Council meeting.
DISCUSSION:
Staff is recommending that the Monday, July 3 regular Council/Agency meeting be canceled since July 4, which is a
Town Holiday, is the next day.
At the May 1 Town Council meeting, Council scheduled a July 10 meeting to hold a hearing on the General Plan. The
July 10 meeting is noted on the attached schedule.
ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT:
Is not a project defined under CEQA, and no further action is required.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.
