Improvement Program, Redevelopment Agency Budget and 2003-2004 Operating Budget
Scheduled for June 16 Council Meeting to June 2 Council Meeting
2. Approve Town Council/Redevelopment Agency Meeting Schedule for 2003-2004 Fiscal

TOWN COUNCIL
The Town Council/Parking Authority/Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Los Gatos met in the
Council Chambers of the Town Hall, 110 East Main Street, at 7:00 p.m., Monday, June 2, 2003, in joint
regular session.
ROLL CALL
Present: Steve Glickman, Diane McNutt, Joe Pirzynski,
Mike Wasserman and Mayor/Chairman Sandy Decker.
Absent: None.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Given by all in attendance.
CLOSED SESSION (XX.28)
Town Attorney, Orry Korb, reported that Council had met in Closed Session pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.9 regarding Pending Litigation concerning the claim of CSAA (Subrogation -
Valerie Waagen). There was no reportable action taken.
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, Conference with Labor Negotiator Gary Rogers, Town
Human Resources Director, regarding negotiations with the following employee groups: TEA;
AFSCME; POA; Confidential; and Management. There was no reportable action taken.
SCHEDULE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS (01.28)
Motion by Mr. Wasserman, seconded by Mr. Glickman, that Council accept and file informational
report regarding currently scheduled public hearings. Carried unanimously.
PLANNING COMMISSION/PLANNING DEPARTMENT MONTHLY STATUS REPORT (02.31)
Motion by Mr. Wasserman, seconded by Mr. Glickman, that Council accept and file informational
report regarding activity of Planning Commission and Department completed by April 30, 2003.
Carried unanimously.
TOWN COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING SCHEDULE (03.28)
Motion by Mr. Wasserman, seconded by Mr. Glickman, that Council amend Town
Council/Redevelopment Agency Meeting Schedule adding June 30, 2003 Town Hall in the
Neighborhood meeting and moving the adoption of resolution approving the 2003-2008 Capital
Improvement Program and Redevelopment Agency Budget; and the 2003-2004 Operating Budget
scheduled for June 16, 2003 Council Meeting to June 2, 2003 Council meeting; and approve the Town
Council/Redevelopment Agency Meeting Schedule for 2003-2004 Fiscal Year. Carried unanimously.
