Planning Commission, and Land Use Regulations for Businesses Engaged in the Sales of
Firearms and Ammunition
Zoning Code Amendment Application A-13-01
Consider adoption of amendments to Chapter 29 (Zoning Regulations) of the Town Code
regarding: (1) home occupation permits; (2) land use regulations related to the sales of
firearms, ammunition and /or destructive devices, revocations; and (3) duties of the
Planning Commission and Town Council. It has been determined that this project could
not possibly have a significant impact on the environment; therefore, the project is not
subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (Section 15061(b)(3)).

litigation challenging a decision of the Council must be brought within 90 days after the
decision is announced unless a shorter time limit is required by state or federal law.
