RECOMMENDATION: On April 23, 2025, the Planning Commission continued consideration of this appeal to the May 14, 2025 meeting. The applicant has informed staff that they are not available to attend the May 14, 2025 meeting due to previously arranged travel plans and requested a continuance to the next meeting.
