DEMOLITION AND GRADING: DEMOLITION INCLUDES REMOVING EXISTING SHED AND CONCRETE SLAB STRUCTURES AT THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY. GRADING W LL BE DONE TO ACCOMMODATE A TWO-FLOOR SINGLE-FAMILY STRUCTURE.
