Authorize the Town Manager to Execute a Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of Completion for the 2024 Annual Street Repair and Resurfacing Project (CIP No. 811-9901), Completed by O'Grady Paving, and Authorize the Town Clerk to File for Recordation. VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS (Members of the public are welcome to address the Town Council on any matter that is not listed on the agenda and is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Town Council. The law generally prohibits the Town Council from discussing or taking action on such items. However, the Council may instruct staff accordingly. Page 2 of 3 PUBLIC HEARING NOTIFICATION: The consideration of an appeal of a Community Development Director incompleteness determination for an application related to 178 Twin Oaks Drive was noticed for a Public Hearing on April 1, 2025. However, it has been removed from this agenda to allow staff additional time for further evaluation of the information provided by the appellant.
