Dear Los Gatos Council members,
I just learned of the issue of Rob Moore wanting to declare Los Gatos a
“ Sanctuary City”. Mr Moore has an agenda that is inconsistent with
the best interests of many of its citizens and I wished I had learned of
his desire for Los Gatos to be designated this status in order to mobilize
many citizens who would be against this. Amongst other issues a
sanctuary status promotes the wrong message many of its citizens may
wish, and the Town has no business taking political positions. The
purpose of the town is to maintain and protect this town’s character
and prosperity. It is not to take political positions that have nothing to
do with its duties, nor reflect a vast majority of its citizens.
We are apposed to voting Los Gatos a Sanctuary City.

COUNCIL / MANAGER MATTERS
[EXTERNAL SENDER]
Good Morning Ms Wood,
LGCA Posted an article on our web site regarding Councilmember Moore asking for a discussion
regarding Los Gatos and/or sanctuary cities. His "ask" was not clear to us but it appears he is asking for the Town to reaffirm that Los Gatos remains a sanctuary city. I asked our readers to
send their replies directly to you, but some responded to our comments section by
mistake. Those 7 comments are attached herewith. Please forward to the pertinent
individuals. I have blind cc'd the Council to give them a little more time to read what has been
said before tonight's meeting. If anyone wants to read the article to understand what
stimulated the comments, they can read it at: https://lg-ca.com/example-of-an-email-to-the-
council-town-manager-and-the-town-attorney/ The comments to the article are at the bottom of the article. If they want to only read the comments, those can be read in the attached pdf
file.

This nonsense on the part of Moore deserves a recall. However, absent that, I implore all of you toovercome the fanaticism on his part by finding a way to mitigate his actions. Perhaps the Town Attorne
might find language that would be useful in identifying how he has abdicated his oath of office to the Tand instead used his presence on the TC to further his own political agendas. In fact, he doesn’t hide it
What is just as bad is the behavior of two other TC members, Renee and Ristow. They appear to enable
Moore’s actions and support his nonsense. Perhaps they have fallen to political bribery looking for some
favoritism or job in Sacramento? In fact, their resume’s will show that they were complicit in doing
irreparable damage to the Town allowing for multiple builder’s remedies to occur.
So I urge any and all of the Town powers to be to take action and stop this waste and abuse of the Trus
that the citizens of LG put forth by voting for them in the first place. We all were certainly misled. Thisneeds to stop NOW.
Thank you for listening and taking action.
