The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a special meeting in-person.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 5:15 P.M.
ROLL CALL Present: Mayor Mary Badame, Vice Mayor Matthew Hudes, Council Member Rob Moore,
Council Member Rob Rennie, and Council Member Maria Ristow.
Absent: None.

- Commented on concerns with the suit filed by Lynley Hogan and inquired about a response.

The Town Council reconvened in open session. The Town Council authorized the defense of two
council members who have been sued by Lynley Hogan.
