The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Special Meeting in-person on
Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at 5:15 p.m. to hold a Closed Session to discuss public employee
performance evaluations, labor negotiations, and public employee employment/appointment.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 5:19 P.M.

Present: Mayor Mary Badame, Vice Mayor Matthew Hudes (arrived at 5:28 p.m.), Council
Member Rob Moore, Council Member Rob Rennie, and Council Member Maria Ristow.
Absent: None
