Monday, July 8, 2024
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Special Meeting in-person and utilizing
teleconferencing means on Monday, July 8, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. to hold a Closed Session to
discuss public employee employment/appointment.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 5:00 P.M.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Mary Badame, Vice Mayor Matthew Hudes, Council Member Rob Moore,
Council Member Rob Rennie (participated remotely), and Council Member Maria Ristow.
Absent: None
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS (ONLY ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA)
None.
THE TOWN MOVED TO CLOSED SESSION ON THE FOLLOWING ITEM:
1. Public Employee Employment/Appointment (Gov. Code Section 54957)
Title: Town Manager and Interim Town Manager
The Town Council reconvened in open session. There was no reportable action. The Council
asked the Manager to stay through September 6, 2024 and she agreed.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
