The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Special Meeting in-person and utilizing
teleconferencing means on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at 5:15 p.m. to hold a Closed Session to
discuss public employee appointment.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 5:16 P.M.

Present: Mayor Mary Badame, Vice Mayor Matthew Hudes, Council Member Rob Moore, and
Council Member Maria Ristow
Absent: Council Member Rob Rennie

THE TOWN MOVED TO CLOSED SESSION ON THE FOLLOWING ITEM:
1. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT (Gov. Code Section 54957)
Title: Interim Town Manager
The Town Council reconvened in open session. The Town Attorney stated there was no
reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:37 p.m.
