The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Special Meeting in-person and utilizing
teleconferencing means on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. to hold a Closed Session to
discuss public employment.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 12:00 P.M.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Mary Badame, Vice Mayor Matthew Hudes, Council Member Rob Moore,
Council Member Rob Rennie (teleconference), and Council Member Maria Ristow
(teleconference, joined at 12:02 p.m.).
Absent: None
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS (ONLY ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA) None.
THE TOWN MOVED TO CLOSED SESSION ON THE FOLLOWING ITEM:
1. PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT (Gov. Code Section 54957(b))
Title: Town Manager
The Town Council reconvened in open session. The Town Attorney stated there was no
reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT The meeting adjourned at 1:58 p.m.
