The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Special Meeting in person and utilizing
teleconferencing means on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. to hold a Closed Session to
discuss Town Manager recruitment options and labor negotiations.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 2:02 P.M.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Mary Badame, Vice Mayor Matthew Hudes, Council Member Rob Moore
(participating remotely under the Brown Act), Council Member Rob Rennie, and Council
Member Maria Ristow.
Absent: None
