The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Special Meeting in-person and utilizing
teleconferencing means on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. to hold a Closed Session to
discuss real property negotiations.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 5:30 P.M.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Mary Badame, Vice Mayor Matthew Hudes, Council Member Rob Moore,
Council Member Rob Rennie, and Council Member Maria Ristow.
Absent: None
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS (ONLY ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA)

THE TOWN MOVED TO CLOSED SESSION ON THE FOLLOWING ITEM:
1. Conference with Real Property Negotiator [Government Code Section 54956.8]
Property: 108 E. Main Street (Friends Bookstore)
Negotiating Parties: Town of Los Gatos and Friends of the Los Gatos Public Library
Negotiator: Ryan Baker, Library Director and Celia Bakke, Friends of the Library President
and Tom Atkinson, Friends of the Library Treasurer, Lessees
Negotiations: Price and terms of lease
The Town Council reconvened in open session. The Town Attorney stated there was no
reportable action.
