This letter is to confirm the site condition at 15365 Santella Court. On January 17, 2025 I re-
visited the site to confirm the existing conditions. I have provided reports and reviews for this
site periodically since November of 2018.
At this time there are no changes to the site trees affecting prior assessments including my last on
February 5, 2024.
