Absent: None. VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS None. CONSENT ITEMS (TO BE ACTED UPON BY A SINGLE MOTION) 1. Approval of Minutes – January 14, 2025 MOTION: Motion by Robert Gray to approve the Consent Calendar. Seconded by James Watson. VOTE: Motion passed unanimously. PUBLIC HEARINGS 2. 402 More Avenue Conditional Use Permit Application U-24-012 Consider a Request for Approval of a Conditional Use Permit to Construct a 46-foot-tall Wireless Telecommunication Facility on Property Zoned R-1:20. APN 407-04-003. Categorically Exempt Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines 15303: New Construction for Conversion of Small Structures. Property Owner: San Jose Water. Applicant: Scott Hoffman, San Jose Water Co. Project Planner: Suray Nathan. Suray Nathan, Assistant Planner, presented the staff report. Scott Hoffman, Applicant, San Jose Water - This is part of a larger project to install antennas to allow us to remotely read water meters spread throughout the County. Only one antenna will be installed in Los Gatos out of the fifteen that are to be installed. This will allow San Jose Water to provide real- time data to its customers around usage and potential water leaks. Closed Public Comment. MOTION: Motion by James Watson to approve application based on the findings and conditions presented. Seconded by Kenny Ip. VOTE: Motion passed unanimously. Appeal rights read.
