MINUTES OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING
SEPTEMBER 10, 2024
The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a regular meeting on
September 10, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Sean Mullin, CDD Planning; Erin Walters, CDD Planning; Roy Alba, CDD Building; Corvell
Sparks, PPW Engineering; and Kenny Ip, SCCFD.
Absent: None.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 10:00 AM

CONSENT ITEMS
1. Approval of Minutes – August 27,2024
MOTION: Motion by Corvell Sparks to approve the consent calendar. Seconded by
Roy Alba.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.

Request Approval for Site Improvements Requiring a Grading Permit on Property
Zoned HR-2-1/2. Categorically Exempt Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15304:

Jon Nelson, Applicant.
He appreciates the committee’s time and quickness for processing the application. They
are trying to complete the work before the rainy season begins as the project is correcting a
landslide.
Closed Public Comment.
Committee members discussed the matter.
MOTION: Motion by Roy Alba to approve with required findings and recommended
conditions of approval. Seconded by Kenny Ip.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.
Appeal rights were recited.
