Absent: None. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 10:00 AM VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS None. CONSENT ITEMS 1. Approval of Minutes – August 27,2024 MOTION: Motion by Corvell Sparks to approve the consent calendar. Seconded by Roy Alba. VOTE: Motion passed unanimously. PUBLIC HEARINGS 2. 16340 Cypress Way Architecture and Site Application S-24-041 Request Approval for Site Improvements Requiring a Grading Permit on Property Zoned HR-2-1/2. Categorically Exempt Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15304: Minor Alterations to Land. APN: 532-26-003. Property Owners: Norman W. Saucedo Applicant: Jon Nelson, JR Nelson and Associates Project Planner: Erin Walters Project Planner, Erin Walters, presented the staff report. He appreciates the committee’s time and quickness for processing the application. They are trying to complete the work before the rainy season begins as the project is correcting a landslide. Closed Public Comment. Committee members discussed the matter. MOTION: Motion by Roy Alba to approve with required findings and recommended conditions of approval. Seconded by Kenny Ip. VOTE: Motion passed unanimously. Appeal rights were recited. OTHER BUSINESS None.
