Absent: None. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 10:00 AM VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS None. CONSENT ITEMS 1. Approval of Minutes – August 6, 2024 MOTION: Motion by Robert Gray to approve the consent calendar. Seconded by Corvell Sparks. VOTE: Motion passed unanimously. PUBLIC HEARINGS 2. 441 University Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-23-041 Requesting Approval for Demolition of an Existing Single-Family Residence, Construction a New Single-Family Residence, and Site Improvements Requiring a Grading Permit on Property Zoned R-1D. APN 529-07-034. Categorically Exempt Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15303: New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures. Property Owner: Melika Bashi and Mehdi Davoodi. Applicant: Melika Bashi. Project Planner: Erin Walters. MOTION: Motion by Kenny Ip to approve with required findings and recommended conditions of approval. Seconded by Robert Gray. VOTE: Motion passed unanimously. Appeal rights were recited. OTHER BUSINESS None.
