MINUTES OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING
OCTOBER 1, 2024
The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a regular meeting on
October 1, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Sean Mullin, CDD Planning; Robert Gray, CDD Building; Corvell Sparks,
PPW Engineering; and Kenny Ip, SCCFD.
Absent: None.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 10:00 AM
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS
None.
CONSENT ITEMS
1. Approval of Minutes – September 10,2024
MOTION: Motion by Corvell Sparks to approve the consent calendar. Seconded by
Kenny Ip.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
2. 15805 Izorah Way
Architecture and Site Application S-23-034
Requesting Approval for Demolition of an Existing Single-Family Residence and
Construction of a New Single-Family Residence on Property Zoned R-1:8. APN 529-14-
004. Categorically Exempt Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15303: New
Construction. Property Owner: Patrick Pielin. Applicant: Daniel Warren. Project
Planner: Suray Nathan.
The project planner presented the staff report.

Daniel Warren, architect/designer
The existing house will be demolished. The new house will be a little larger and single
story. It will be more modern but in keeping with the character of the neighborhood. An ADU
will be added in the back corner next to the neighbor’s ADU. They are available for questions.
Closed Public Comment.
Committee members discussed the matter.
MOTION: Motion by Robert Gray to approve with required findings and
recommended conditions of approval. Seconded by Corvell Sparks.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.
Appeal rights were recited.
OTHER BUSINESS
None.

The meeting adjourned 10:05 a.m.
