BACKGROUND At the June 17, 1985 Council meeting, the Town Council approved plans and specifications, and authorized staff to advertise for bids for subject project. The purpose of the alternate was to establish the most cost effective method of installing the proposed storm drain line. In order to install sanitary sewer and storm drainage facilities south of Harding Avenue as authorized by Council on March 4, 1985, it is necessary to obtain public utility easement from the Gerhardt, Iwamoto and Olivet properties. To date, Grant of Easements have been obtained from the following property owners: Mr. and Mrs. Alfred H. Gerhardt - 141 Wheeler Avenue. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph D. Olivet - 136 Harding Avenue. A Grant of Easement is forthcoming from Mr. and Mrs. Kichiro K ■ Iwamoto (Harding Avenue) . Staff anticipates receipt of the document before the start of construction. A Right of Entry Permit has been obtained from Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth E. Buller -- 128 Yosemite Way.
