RECOMMENDATION
Authorize staff to issue a purchase order in the approximate amount of $16,100 to
the firm of Creegan and D'Angelo, Consulting Engineers in accordance with their
proposal dated February 26, 1985 for the purpose of providing professional services
in conjunction with the above projects.
DISCUSSION
Three proposals were solicited, two received, and are as follows:

The recommended consultant has a good grasp on both the scope of the project and the
time frame.

The project does not include monies for sanitary sewer design in that it appears
that the alleged problem is one of maintenance. This will be confirmed by TVing the
sewer line the week of March 18, 1985. If there is indeed a sanitary sewer failure
a subsequent recommendation will be made to the Council. The consultant's proposal
is attached for the Counc i l' s cony!. ` e.
