Dear Mr Mullin,
The rendering agreed to in lieu of story poles for development PD-20-001 fails to represent the visual
changes from further up on Broadway. From memory, when story poles were displayed, many months
back, there was a visual impact. We are unable to judge it with the current information provided and
would like additional visuals from further up on Broadway (68 and up).. or story poles (which would
make it visible at will from any surrounding locations…)

Dear Los Gatos Town Council:
The Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce would like to offer its official support for the Los
Gatos Meadows Redevelopment Project.Our town needs more continuing care
retirement communities to offer to our aging population.
We believe this project will have a net positive impact on the town in numerous ways.This
project seeks to redevelop an existing property that is old and very unattractive and
replaces it with an appealing new campus consisting of new,state-of-the-art buildings.
The Los Gatos Meadows redevelopment project will provide a valuable independent
senior living community that offers degrees of support as residents age,depending on
their needs.
The redeveloped Los Gatos Meadows will allow many seniors to age in place in Los Gatos,
in close proximity to the downtown.Residents will be able to frequent Los Gatos
businesses including dining,shops and service providers,and to enjoy community
resources and events.
As aging seniors move out of their single family homes,home ownership opportunities are
also presented to younger groups within the community.It is our hope that the Town of
Los Gatos approves this project.
