Dear Neighbor:
I hope you and your family are well.
After numerous rounds of technical comments and review, the Town of Los Gatos has
finally cleared the review process for the updated application that was submitted on
March 1st. (see attached FAQ for details on how to access the full application on the
Town’s website). We are currently expecting the project to be considered by the
Planning Commission at their November 13th meeting (see Town of Los Gatos web site
for meeting details).
In advance of the Planning Commission meeting, we plan to host another
neighborhood open house on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at 7:00PM via
ZOOM. Topics to be addressed at the next neighborhood meeting include an update of
the overall status of the proposed project, a summary of the issues raised by staff
during their review process, and recent questions/requests raised by neighbors.
If you can be available to attend this meeting, please RSVP to Susan Rockwood at

Also, please send Susan any specific questions that you would like us to address during
this meeting and/or if you have any special requests.
We plan to post an updated FAQ document on our project website
(https://frontporch.net/community/los-gatos-meadows/)just prior to the next open house
meeting.
