Main Street and virtually through Zoom Webinar (log -in information provided below). Members
of the public may provide public comments for agenda items in -person or virtually through the
Zoom Webinar by following the instructions listed below. The live stream of the meeting may

1. Conduct a Study Session to Receive Information on and Discuss Senate Bill 330, Builder's
Remedy, Density Bonus Law, Existing Litigation Outcomes, Proposed State Laws, and the
Town Planning Application Review Process.
