I strongly support the Town Council appointing Maria Ristow and Matthew Hudes to the
Council.
Both have been exemplary members, Mayor and Vice Mayor, representing all Los Gatosresidents and working tirelessly to make our Town a welcoming destination for visitors, a safe
and comfortable place for residents with outstanding restaurants, hotels, and cultural resourcessuch as Music in the Park, Jazz on the Plazz, New Museum Los Gatos (full disclosure, I am
Board Vice President) and wonderful retail shops.
I believe it would be a waste of time and resources to hold an election.
