BACKGROUND: Town Council approved the TEA Memorandum of Understanding with the corresponding FY 2024/25, FY 2025/26, and FY 2026/27 salary schedules on August 6, 2024. DISCUSSION: In further review staff discovered, that at the time of the August 6th presentation, one of the classifications (Police Record Specialist Lead) was inadvertently omitted due to a formatting error from the FY 2024/25 Salary Schedule. The position was included in both the FY 2025/26 and FY 2026/27 TEA salary schedules. Attachment 1 contains the revised schedule including the Police Record Specialist Lead position. RECOMMENDATION: Approve the revised TEA Salary Schedule for FY 2024/25 (Attachment 1). FISCAL IMPACT: There is no fiscal impact to approve the revised schedule.
