Conclusion
Staff Recommendation: Install a single occupancy, two fixture ,
gender neutral restroom facility adjacent or attached to the bus
stop shelter at the northwest corner of Town Plaza Park (Site 1,
Option 2)

Future funding needed for
design, permitting, and
construction is estimated at
$550,000 to $650,000.
