Chamber doors will open at the start of the meeting and you will be asked to make your comments.
NOTES: (1) Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes or Tess at the Mayor's discretion.

"Public Comment Item # " (insert the item number relevant to your comment). All comments
received will become part of the record.
(3) Deadlines to submit written comments are:
