SUBJECT: Reschedule to April 16, 2024, the Consideration of the Adoption of a
Resolution Modifying the Height Pole and Netting Policy for Additions and
New Construction. The Proposed Modifications to Town Policy are Not
Considered a Project Under the California Environmental Quality Act. Project
Location: Town Wide. Applicant: Town of Los Gatos.
RECOMMENDATION:
Reschedule to April 16, 2024, the consideration of the adoption of a resolution modifying the
Height Pole and Netting Policy for Additions and New Construction.
REMARKS:
The consideration of the final wording of the Height Pole and Netting Policy with changes
approved by Town Council on December 5, 2023, was advertised in the paper for discussion by
Town Council on March 19, 2024, and continued to April 2, 2024; however, it has been
rescheduled to April 16, 2024, due to needed time for other priority items.
