SUBJECT: Adopt an Ordinance Titled, “An Ordinance of the Town Council of the Town
Los Gatos Amending Chapter 1 Article III, ‘Administrative Citations,’ Chapter
11, ‘Garbage, Refuse, and Weeds,’ and Chapter 16, ‘Noise’ of the Town
Code.”
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt an Ordinance titled, “An Ordinance of the Town Council of the Town Los Gatos Amending
Chapter 1 Article III, ‘Administrative Citations,’ Chapter 11, ‘Garbage, Refuse, and Weeds,’ and
Chapter 16, ‘Noise’ of the Town Code” (Attachment 1).
BACKGROUND:
At its March 19, 2024 meeting, the Town Council voted 5-0 to adopt an Ordinance titled, “An
Ordinance of the Town Council of the Town Los Gatos Amending Chapter 1 Article III,
‘Administrative Citations,’ Chapter 11, ‘Garbage, Refuse, and Weeds,’ and Chapter 16, ‘Noise’ of
the Town Code.”
CONCLUSION:
Staff recommends that the Town Council adopt an Ordinance Titled, “An Ordinance of the
Town Council of the Town Los Gatos Amending Chapter 1 Article III, ‘Administrative Citations,’
Chapter 11, ‘Garbage, Refuse, and Weeds,’ and Chapter 16, ‘Noise’ of the Town Code.”
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact for this item.
