Window Replacement Letter of Justification.
Sean,
The purpose of this letter is to justify the homeowners’ request to replace all the homes wood windows
with clad, period accurate windows. The current wood windows are rotting & failing.
The intent is to replace the windows with a clad product that will last longer and is more energy
efficient. The windows will be custom made to accurately match the existing style, color, and grid
pattern. Any trim, molding, or other materials removed during installation will be retained and re‐
installed or replaced with like materials.
