Minutes of the Town Council Special Meeting – Closed Session
Tuesday, February 13, 2024
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Special Meeting in-person and utilizing
teleconferencing means on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at 5:45 p.m. to hold a Closed Session to
discuss real property negotiations.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 5:45 P.M.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Mary Badame, Vice Mayor Matthew Hudes, Council Member Rob Moore,
Council Member Rob Rennie, and Council Member Maria Ristow.
Absent: None
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS (ONLY ON ITEMS ON THE AGENDA)
None.
THE TOWN MOVED TO CLOSED SESSION ON THE FOLLOWING ITEM:
1. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS (Government Code Section 54956.8)
a. Property: 4 Tait Avenue
Negotiating Parties: Town of Los Gatos and Imwalle and Associates
Negotiator: Laurel Prevetti, Town Manager and Donald Imwalle
To Be Negotiated: Terms of purchase, sale, exchange or lease
b. Property: 75 Church Street
Negotiating Parties: Town of Los Gatos and Imwalle and Associates
Negotiator: Laurel Prevetti, Town Manager and Donald Imwalle
Negotiations: Terms of purchase, sale, exchange or lease
The Town Council reconvened in open session. The Town Attorney stated the Town Council
voted to direct staff to terminate the master lease for the Tait Avenue property and to extend
the lease for the Church Street property by six months.

The meeting adjourned at 6:39 p.m.
