Minutes of the Town Council Special Meeting – Closed Session
Tuesday, February 6, 2024
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Special Meeting in-person and utilizing
teleconferencing means on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. to hold a Closed Session to
discuss labor negotiations, anticipated litigation, and real property negotiations.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 5:00 P.M.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Mary Badame, Vice Mayor Matthew Hudes, Council Member Rob Moore,
Council Member Rob Rennie, and Council Member Maria Ristow.
Absent: None

THE TOWN MOVED TO CLOSED SESSION ON THE FOLLOWING ITEM:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS (Government Code §54957.6)
To meet with Town Negotiators listed below in closed session pursuant to Government
Code §54957.6 regarding negotiations with the Employee Organizations listed below:

The Town Council reconvened in open session. The Town Attorney stated there was no
reportable action.
