JUNE 4, 2024
The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a regular meeting on
June 4, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.

Engineering; and Kenny Ip, SCCFD.

1. Approval of Minutes – May 28, 2024
MOTION: Motion by Roy Alba to approve the consent calendar. Seconded by
James Watson.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
2. 14300 Arnerich Road
Architecture and Site Application S-19-027.
Requesting Approval for Demolition of an Existing Single-Family Residence,
Construction of a New Single-Family Residence, and Site Improvements Requiring a
Grading Permit on Property Zoned HR-1. APN 537-11-017. Categorically Exempt
Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15303: New Construction or Conversion of Small
Structures.

MOTION: Motion by Roy Alba to approve with required findings and recommended
conditions of approval. Seconded by Kenny Ip.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.

Certificate of Compliance Application M-24-007.
Requesting Issuance of a Certificate of Compliance on Property Zoned R-1:20. APN:
424-30-080. The Certificate of Compliance is Categorically Exempt from CEQA, Section
15305: Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations.
