Absent: None. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 10:00 AM VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS - None. CONSENT ITEMS 1. Approval of Minutes – May 7, 2024 MOTION: Motion by Corvell Sparks to approve the consent calendar. Seconded by Kenny Ip. VOTE: Motion passed unanimously. PUBLIC HEARINGS 2. 16346 W. La Chiquita Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-23-030 Requesting Approval for Demolition of an Existing Single-Family Residence, Construction of a New One-Story Single-Family Residence, and Site Improvements Requiring a Grading Permit on Property Zoned R-1:8. APN 532-04-051. The Project is Categorically Exempt Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section 15303(a): New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures. Property Owner: Florian Ciurea. Applicant: Davide Giannella. Project Planner: Maria Chavarin. Davide Giannella, Architect/Applicant They did not use the maximum FAR nor height limits. It will be a small one-story contemporary house using warm colors and materials. They made design adjustments after reviews by the Town’s consulting architect. Closed Public Comment. Committee members discussed the matter. MOTION: Motion by Corvell Sparks to approve with required findings and recommended conditions of approval. Seconded by Roy Alba. VOTE: Motion passed unanimously. Appeal rights were recited. OTHER BUSINESS - None.
